Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies

SERVICES

We send reminder messages two days prior to your appointment, except for on weekends, where a Monday or Tuesday appointment will receive a reminder text on the Friday before. If you are unable to make your appointment we require at least one full business day notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within one full business day of your appointment you will be charged 100% of your appointment fee. Failure to pay this fee will incur a weekly additional $20 fee.

As a business, we have worked hard to put in place a cancellation policy which is fair and reasonable in comparison to other similar practices. Cancellations that occur within one business day of the allocated appointment time are required to pay a fee as we are often unable to fill these appointments from our active waitlist with such short notice. However, if the appointment spot is filled then no fee will occur.

 

CLASSES

Our cancellation policy allows a two hour window until a class is scheduled to start.

If you cancel in less than two hours or fail to attend;

  • Members on a membership (direct debit or pre-paid) will be charged a $10 non-attendance fee.
  • For members with a casual or multi-pass, fees will not apply, but one (1) class will be used against your pass.

We know that sometimes things will pop up last minute, which is why we ask you to cancel as soon as you know you can’t make it to class. We have this policy in place to ensure that all members have a positive experience and to deter consistent no-shows and late cancellations.

Sound CBR reserves the right to charge cancellation fees which will be applied to your account. You must settle your account before making further bookings.
