Shannon is a qualified Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin yoga teacher. Her classes reflect these multiple influences and traditions and are accessible for beginners through to experienced practitioners.
With a focus on clear guidance of alignment, breathwork and energetics, Shannon creates a space for students to observe and learn about themselves, find steadiness and ease, and embrace change and transformation.
