Sarah was drawn to the yoga practice during her teen years, but it wasn’t until after the birth of her children that she felt a strong pull to dive ‘headfirst’ into the practice. She has since completed her 350hr teaching training and a master certification in Reiki. Sarah’s classes are infused with a mixture of pranayama (breath control), yoga philosophy and creative mindful flows that are designed to challenge both the body and the mind. Sarah’s hope is that this practice will guide you back home to yourself, learning to trust your ‘inner compass’ and in turn cultivating more love, acceptance and joy within your day to day life.
