Julia Hordern

Pilates Instructor

Julia initially embarked on her Pilates journey to enhance her core strength and overall physical fitness. Growing up, she began by engaging in mat work sessions once a week alongside her mum, initially as a leisure activity. Fast forward a few years and a few sporting injuries later, Julia started reformer Pilates to help with ongoing back pain and never looked back.

Becoming a qualified mat, reformer, Cadillac, and Wunda Chair instructor in 2022, Julia has a deep-seated passion for Pilates and injury rehab. Currently studying a Master’s in Occupational Therapy, Julia plans on blending her degree and Pilates expertise to help other individuals achieve their rehabilitation goals through a holistic approach that combines the therapeutic benefits of Pilates with the clinical practices of Occupational Therapy.
